Common questions
How do I add my books?
In OzzBooks go to Settings, My Sources, Add a Source. Choose WebDAV, Google Drive or a folder in Files. Books are listed by their folder names, so a folder per author with a folder per book inside works best.
I forgot my password.
Email me from the address on your account and I'll help you get back in.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings, Account, Delete Account. This removes your account and everything stored with it, including positions, bookmarks, notes and your source list. Or email me and I'll do it for you.
A book won't play or download.
Check that your storage is reachable and that the account you added still has access. Pull down on the Store to refresh. If it still fails, email me the book's name and what you see.
Will my downloaded books be lost if I sign out?
No. Downloads stay on the device until you remove them. If two accounts use the same device and the same source, a book is stored once and shared.
